Horseman,

These are the rules for the 2024 racing season, voted on and approved by the UQHRA Board of Directors. These rules will be posted on our Facebook Page (Utah Quarter Horse Association Racing) and our website page (uqhra.com) for reference.

Rules:

A.) All horses will be required to be on grounds 4 hours prior to post time. Horses running on Lasix are required to be in a stall. Post time for all race days will be 12 pm, unless directed otherwise. Therefore all horses must be on grounds no later 8 am race day. These same rules apply for schooling races as well.

B.) All horse papers must be turned into the racing office by 11 am.

C.) All jock mounts must be paid by 11 am. Credit Cards not accepted. Cash and check only!

Failure to comply with the rules will result in a fine/disqualifications.
